Delivery Terms

Once your checkout is complete most of our local deliveries will be conducted using our own delivery van.

Please note that our delivery van delivers between 9:00 and 17:00.

Our van does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

For national and International deliveries we will use a professional courier and will usually provide you with a track number.

For our express DHL services please contact us directly.

Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.

Mistakes cannot be resolved unless noted when accepting your delivery.

A courier company will conduct orders outside our local area deliveries. Please note that our courier delivers between the hours of 8:00 and 17:30.

Our courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please ensure that you fully inspect the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.

Returns Policy 

After Checkout , you’re free to change your mind. You must return unused items in their original packaging (i.e. unpacked) within 14 days, together with your receipt, for a full refund. (This does not apply to special orders or custom-made items) * This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. If the return criteria are unmet, Nulty Providers reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method as your original payment less the original delivery charges we pay on the first delivery.

(Please note this also applies to free shipping)

Your refund will not be processed until the goods have been returned and checked in our warehouse.

Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility, if you would like Nulty Providers to arrange the return delivery, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund amount to a credit note.

PLEASE NOTE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OR CREDIT, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A 50% RESTOCKING FEE

Our 14-day returns policy does not apply to:

Deducted, discount products, Bespoke custom-made products, Hearths, and non-stock items ordered by said customer.
