Air flushing
Fresh air is let in through a channel in the upper edge of the glass, Therefore flowing evenly down the glass in the hot combustion chamber. The clean air prevents the flue gases from making contact with and sooting up the glass. It also helps to control the intensity of the fire.
Fresh air supply

Since Nordpeis ME Wood burning stoves meet clean air legislation and building regulations. New EcoDesign criteria, which came into force in January 2022, require all newly designed appliances to be cleaner and more efficient.
